Covid Guidance – Code of Conduct

Even though there may be less restrictions when 50FEST happens, we still feel it to be prudent to have some guidelines in place.
It is your responsibility to decide whether it is appropriate for you and members of your party to attend, taking into account the associated risks and your vulnerability status.

We will be complying with all applicable COVID-19 laws/regulations and government guidance, but we cannot eliminate all COVID-19 risks.

• Do NOT attend if you or anyone in your bubble/group are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms. Please contact us and we will try to work something out regards alternative ways to experience 50Fest.
• Do not attend if you are restricted from doing so as a result of any COVID-19 related laws and/or regulations, whether due to self-isolation, local travel restrictions or any other government over-reach. Again we will work out an alternative.
• If you feel ill or develop any COVID-19 symptoms whilst at the 50FEST, please find an appropriate location to isolate yourself from the rest of the attendees and contact one of the organising team or someone from the First-Aiders list.
• Please can we request you and your party take a lateral flow test 12 hours before attending. These are free from most selected chemists or from the government website. By the time 50FEST happens, we expect most people will be fully vaccinated, but testing is still crucial and psychologically puts people at ease.
• Please bring a face covering for each member of your party for the off-site activities and any services provided by 3rd-parties which may require you to wear one. Generally we will not be enforcing or discouraging face coverings whilst at 50FEST.
• There will be hand-sanitisers available throughout, please use them.
• Avoid entry into the main house unless absolutely required.
• Please observe respiratory etiquette, ensuring your mouth is covered if you need to cough or sneeze.
